Who handles shipping

Every order placed via skellywags.club is fulfilled by Fourthwall. They print, pack, and ship merch from their fulfillment partners. They also handle returns, exchanges, lost packages, and anything that goes wrong in transit.

How shipping works

Skellywags merch is print-on-demand — it gets printed AFTER you order, then shipped. Typical timeline:

• Production: 2–7 business days (depends on the product)
• Shipping: 3–10 business days domestic US, longer international
• Total: usually 1–3 weeks door-to-door

You'll get a tracking number from Fourthwall once your order ships.

Returns + exchanges

Fourthwall has a satisfaction guarantee — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, they reprint or refund. They cover most quality issues automatically.
